High-end custom metal fabrication built from scratch for your space. We design in 3D, weld by hand and finish it to last, if you can picture it in steel, we can build it.
When integrity is critical, the objective is a weld with proper penetration and fusion, free of porosity. A “pretty” weld is a plus, but a sound one is the standard. Custom high-end fabrication is where all of that skill comes together, we take an idea and build it in steel, from scratch, for your exact space.
Every piece is designed for you, modeled in 3D so you can approve the look before a single spark flies, then hand-welded from heavy-gauge steel and premium alloys and finished to last. No prefab, no templates, only one-of-a-kind metalwork.

We turn your idea, sketch or photo into a 3D model so you can see the finished piece from every angle and approve it before we build.
Fabricate
Your design is cut, welded and assembled by hand from quality stock, with the sound, load-bearing welds high-end work demands.
Finish & Install
Sandblasting and powder coat, or your custom finish, protect the steel, then we deliver and install it square and solid.

How does the custom fabrication process work?
It starts with your idea, a sketch, a photo or just a concept. We take measurements, model the piece in 3D so you can approve the exact look, then cut, weld and finish it by hand in our South Boardman shop. You see it before a single spark flies.
What materials can you fabricate with?
Mild and wrought steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper, from thin sheet to heavy plate, pipe and tube. We match the material and gauge to how the piece will be used.
How much does a custom fabrication project cost?
